**Job Objectives/Job Summary**:
The Manager overseas the Human Resource and Administration Department with full spectrum of human resource functions and office administration. To ensure the human resource practices and policies are in line with latest Employment Act standard.
**Responsibilities/Duties**:
Full Spectrum of Human Resource functions:
- Work closely with HODs to provide advice on manpower needs, recruitment strategies, staff appraisal and personnel development
- Verify and approve monthly payroll to ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll, CPF, SDF, and income tax (IR8A, IR21) and no delay on the pay date.
- To ensure the team maintaining accurate HR database and up to date employee records.
- To lead the annual employees performance appraisal exercise.
- To review and propose appropriate compensation and benefit to retain our employees
- Responsible for disciplinary and grievance handling which in line with the EA.
- Conduct inquiry and propose appropriate disciplinary action or termination with a proper documentation
- Overseas foreign workers related matter and issues, including work permit, hostel management, welfare, skills development and retention.
- Responsible for training and development by working closely with HODs on training plan and effectiveness of the training.
- Submit accurate monthly manpower, payroll summary & other ad-hoc reporting to HQ.
- Work with business units and staff in providing value-adding advice, support and service.
- To ensure the mandatory report/survey forms submitting to MOM and other government bodies are accurate and timely.
- Ensure effective and efficient execution and delivery of HR policies, procedures and services in accordance with legal compliance and Company policy.
- Regularly review HR operations and existing standard operating processes, identify and execute an opportunity for improvement to drive HR efficiency and productivity.
- Liaise with internal and external auditor.
- Participate in ad-hoc assignment and HR projects as assigned.
Office Administration Functions:
- Overseas overall office administration and supplies for offices.
**Job Specifications/Requirements**:
a) Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
b) Experience
- At least 5 years of HR working experience.
c) Skills & Knowledge
- Sounds knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and practices.
- Knowledge in Timesoft/Oracle Nusmart HRIS system.
- Intermediate to Advanced level user of MS Excel and numerically inclined.
- Analytical with positive mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
d) Personal Qualities
- High level of reliability, integrity with a positive and mature disposition.
- Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills to interact in a all level of employees.
**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
