**Job Description**:
As the Systems Analyst (R&D) you will perform system study and design for multiple HR systems - Time Management (TMS), Payroll Management (PMS), Leave Management (LMS) and other HR Modules. You are responsible for:

- Defining the software structure as required and ensure it complies with the architectural vision and simplicity of the design rules;
- Writing unit tests and code for implementing user stories, while following the test driven development methodology;
- Working with a scrum mindset and methodology: planning and grooming sessions during sprints; reviewing user stories and test cases;
- Analyzing the root cause of defects in order to provide the most comprehensive fixes for every issue

**Qualifications**:

- Higher education within information technology.
- 5 years of experience.
- Strong technical skill in C#, VB.Net,.Net Framework, T-SQL., DevExpress reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of regional Payroll (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, China, Vietnam, Macau, Taiwan, Hong Kong)
- Solid understanding or experience of Time & Attendance, Leave, Claim and Payroll Processing Best Practices
- Good knowledge of legislation and regulation of the HRMS best practices
- The ability to analyze problems and implement solutions for debugging; and willing to share your ideas to improve design´s decisions.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Test-Driven Development is a plus.
- Fluent in English Language
