**Salad Artist**

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about creating healthy salads for customers. Our position will have a flexible schedule with consistent hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers professionally to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Prepare salad toppings, dressings, and ready-to-go items with attention to freshness and presentation.
- Assemble custom and signature salads according to customer preferences, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Adhere to standard recipes and operating procedures when preparing salads to maintain flavour and quality standards.
- Manage the receipt, preparation, and organization of food delivery orders efficiently.
- Assist with cashier duties and help restock the salad station and grab-and-go area as needed.
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following procedural guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Requirements**:

- Food knowledge and takes pride in the food they serve.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Reliability in attendance and punctuality
- Possess good communication skills.
