We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resource Admin to support our HR team and help foster a positive, efficient, and compliant work environment.

**Job Overview**:
As the Human Resource Admin at Arche Interior, you will manage day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and record management. You will work closely with the HR team to implement policies and ensure compliance, playing a vital role in maintaining our company’s culture and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **HR Administration**:Maintain and update employee records in our HR information system with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Payroll & Benefits**:Process payroll, administer benefits, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- **Employee Relations**:Address employee inquiries, support conflict resolution, and promote a positive work environment.
- **Policy Implementation**:Help communicate and enforce HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- **Training & Development**:Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:Assist in monitoring compliance with labor laws, prepare HR reports, and support internal audits.
