**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of audit supervisors to perform audit on contractors claim submission.
- Lead a team of internal designers to perform as-built updates in GIS.
- Provide Tender Support.
- Any other duties assigned by the Directors.
- Degree in Engineering, preferable in Telecommunication, Civil or Electrical, or its equivalent.
- 5 years of hands on experience in building telecommunication infrastructure.
- Has knowledge in conducting manhole/fiber/copper testing.
- Able to manage contractors seffectively and communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Proven record of team management.
