**Responsibilities**:

- Delivery Operations:Safely transport catering orders to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Load and unload catering equipment, food, and beverages from the delivery vehicle.
Verify accuracy and completeness of catering orders before departure.
Ensure proper handling and storage of catering items during transportation to maintain quality and freshness.
- Customer Service:Provide friendly and professional customer service during delivery interactions.
Communicate effectively with clients or event organizers regarding delivery schedules, special instructions, and any issues or concerns.
Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Vehicle Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle, including checking fuel levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels.
Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
- Time Management:Plan delivery routes efficiently to minimize travel time and ensure timely delivery of catering orders.
Coordinate delivery schedules with catering staff and event organizers to meet deadlines and commitments.
Manage time effectively to handle multiple deliveries or pickups within designated timeframes.
- Compliance and Documentation:Follow established procedures and protocols for food safety, sanitation, and handling of catering items.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any deviations from the original order.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies governing the transportation and delivery of food and beverages.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in delivery driving or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
