Prepare and cook individual sweet dishes like burfi, Gulab Jamun, Jalebi, Beasn Laddoo, rasgulla etc.
Plan menus, ensure quality of sweet dishes and determine size of dish proportions
Work with mínimal supervision, Estimate sweets requirements and
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of sweets
Order supplies and equipment for kitchen
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in required in making Indian sweet dishes/snacks as well
Prepare and Cook other sweets like mango Sandesh, kaaju barfi, jalebi, mathi and Gujiya.
Maintain Kitchen inventory and other related tasks.
Prepare and cook special meals for special occasions (marriage and religious functions) on wholesale basis.
Respond to guest feedback and request professionally and efficiently during the absence of higher management team.
Can Work in Kitchen (Hot Environment)
Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
