**Position Overview**: We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled **Veterinary Nurse **to join our team In this role, you’ll work closely with our veterinarians and other support staff to provide exceptional medical and surgical care. You’ll play a key role in patient handling, assisting with diagnostics, and educating clients on pet care and post-operative management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist veterinarians during exams, surgeries, and treatments.
- Prepare animals and equipment for surgical procedures, including anaesthetic monitoring.
- Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments under the veterinarian's direction.
- Collect samples, perform laboratory tests, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Educate and support pet owners on preventive care, nutrition, and post-treatment care.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment in treatment areas and kennels.
- Provide compassionate handling and care for hospitalized and post-operative patients.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to client education.
- Ability to handle animals calmly and confidently.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to hygiene and cleanliness.
- Team player with a passion for animal welfare and customer service.
- Relevant veterinary qualification is a bonus.
