**Job Summary**:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities. The role requires a deep understanding of warehousing operations, proficiency in SAP, exceptional people management skills, and a focus on ensuring productivity and accuracy within the warehouse environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with established company procedures.
- Oversee inventory control, receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of warehousing best practices to optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow processes.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipping.
- Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines, operational procedures, and performance standards.
- Utilize SAP and other relevant software to track inventory movements, generate reports, and analyze warehouse data for process improvement.
- Identify areas for efficiency enhancement and implement measures to increase productivity without compromising accuracy. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding warehouse operations.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a warehouse supervisory or similar role with in-depth knowledge of warehousing operations.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar warehouse management software.
- Strong leadership and people management skills to effectively lead and motivate a warehouse team.
- Emphasis on maintaining productivity and accuracy while handling warehouse activities.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities in a warehouse setting.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
