Material Handler

**Responsibilities**:

- To be in-charge of stock inventory management for Blank Cards and Marketing Materials
- To issue blank cards from vault based on the production logsheet
- To ensure all cards types and quantity are issued correctly
- To issue marketing materials to Production based on the volume required
- To monitor and update stock inventory reports for Blank Cards and Marketing Materials
- To ensure all physical count tallies with the report by performing stock take regularly, daily for blank cards and weekly for marketing materials
- To perform housekeeping (5S) and proper filing of delivery order
- The job holder shall at all times during the employment with the company, respect and comply with the Thales Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental & Security requirements during the performance of his/her duties.

**Job Requirements**:

- Basic IT knowledge
- Minimum secondary education
- Able to converse in English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Overtime may be required from time to time
- Able to work on 12 hour shift. 4-3-3-4 calendar week.
- Job may involve loading and unloading heavy items approximately 5kg.
- No colour blindness as products require colour differentiation

**Salary**: $1,000.00 - $1,600.00 per month
