**Your role**
- Do you want to help further develop the pricing strategy for the largest private bank in APAC? Are you keen to work in a very competitive and dynamic environment, interacting closely with senior stakeholders to shape the future of banking for our clients?
- We’re looking for a Pricing Specialist for our APAC GWM Pricing team to:
- Lead initiatives across the APAC Pricing landscape including new and existing products, channels and pricing change management
- Support the Pricing lead in maintaining oversight across pricing activities in our APAC Wealth Management (WM) business
- Support developmental projects together with key business and governance stakeholders as directed by the APAC Pricing governance bodies
- Act as a gatekeeper for the execution and review of pricing controls
- Maintain awareness of pricing-related issues related to run-the-bank (RTB) matters and be the point-of-contact for escalations
- Collaborate with our private bankers, senior management, product teams, operating office, risk teams and other key support functions to ensure consistent business integration and client experience
- Develop and publish pricing related communications
- Represent Pricing team in our private banker and assistant private banker briefings and trainings.

- You will be working in the Pricing team under the General Advisory umbrella in Singapore and Hongkong, and will interact closely with stakeholders across APAC. General Advisory is the non-contracted transactional business within GWM. We drive simplification and digitalization of the sales journey, supporting our client promise as One Bank.

**Your expertise**
- more than 5 years of product pricing experience in a private bank or in a similar role in other financial institutions
- strategic and conceptional thinking with a structured implementation approach
- analytical skills to interpret and research topics in order to develop solutions and ideas
- project management and organizational skills with a focus on consistent high quality output
- highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
- ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes and consensus, while able to constructively challenge viewpoints
- a high level of interpersonal and inter
- cultural skills with the ability to build strong relationships to impact and influence decisions and individuals without formal authority
- possess a good understanding and knowledge of UBS or a similar institution, its business opportunities and challenges confronting the bank and the private banking industry
- self-starter, able to work independently to design and implement new business processes, committee structures and communication strategies
