Singapore Control Risks Full time

As a Recruitment Consultant at Control Risks, you will directly impact the company’s growth, success, and culture by helping us attract and hire a diverse and highly qualified workforce. You will work directly with HR, Recruitment Manager, and business leaders to understand the business needs, and develop and execute a strategic plan to attract and hire the best permanent and contingent worker talent in the market.

You will be responsible for driving the full life cycle of our recruiting process, including developing and executing sourcing strategies for open positions, helping to build our talent pipeline across Asia Pacific, including India, Greater China, South-East Asia, and Australia.

Role tasks and responsibilities_**
- Develop and execute creative search/sourcing strategies to target the relevant talent pools
- Facilitate the scheduling of interviews
- Facilitate appropriate discussions around total compensation for open positions utilising knowledge about current salary information gained through active recruitment
- Manage the offer process and negotiation process
- Own and manage the hiring manager/interviewer experience to ensure that all internal stakeholders are well informed
**Requirements**:

- Four to six years of progressive experience as a full life cycle recruiter, including recruiting for senior leadership/executive positions
- Demonstrated knowledge of and expertise in complex search processes
- Experience using social media tools for attracting, marketing, engaging, networking, and sourcing
- Experience in varied interviewing techniques including behavioural and competency-based interviewing
- Demonstrated ability for excellent judgment, emotional intelligence, and a high degree of integrity
- Familiarity with recruitment related immigration policies and processes in Asia Pacific
