As a Sales Associate at The Great Room (“TGR”), you will be responsible for providing assistance to the sales team to ensure that customers are satisfied with the Sales department’s performance. You will do so by helping to complete clerical and administrative duties for the sales team, such as scheduling appointments, answering customers’ queries and informing customers of their order statuses. You will also be responsible for gathering lists of sales leads and distributing them equally to sales team members.

A successful Sales Associate will be responsible for ensuring that performance indicators for the sales team to follow are updated, and performances are monitored and reported to the Director of Sales, APAC to review.

The Sales Associate will report to the Director of Sales, APAC.

**What you’ll do**

System administration and reporting
- Compile a daily list of sales leads, delegate leads and distribute them equally to the sales team.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators for sales and centres
- Manage and optimise CRM and handle inventory
- Provide the sales team with data reports and sales guides
- Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to the sales team.
- Identify and keep up with sales trends
- Work with Sales team to create and implement targeted sales strategies
- Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests
- Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements

Operational Marketing
- Manage promotional and sales collateral, including promotion updates, proposals, plans, brochures, landing page etc.
- Arrange and manage Sales team’s calendar.
- Provide sales team administration and coordination including, enterprise projects, database managementAssist in marketing schedules and working closely with internal teams to ensure all campaigns/projects align with the given timeframe

**Requirements**:

- Hold a diploma or Nitec in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Understands simple technical documents, with the objective of understanding customers' requirements and learning about product features
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
