**As a External Communications Specialist, you will...**
- Build and manage relationships with external partners, key stakeholders and the members of the community
- Retain and grow the user base by establishing long-term relationships with existing and new contacts, and drive improved volume and revenue generation
- Conceive a growth and acquisition strategy/plan focusing on onboarding and establishing strong relationships with KOLs, affiliates, partners, agencies, media, etc.
- Plan and develop new marketing strategies to support external projects.
- Diligently research and proactively reach out to potential partners, onboard them, and become their point of contact moving forward
- Create all relevant documents, decks, presentations, and other collateral needed for acquisition and communications
- Keep up to date with the Crypto and DeFi markets, identify profitable business opportunities and advise on the new product offerings to meet the customer needs and expectations
- Collaborate and coordinate with the marketing and other internal teams about planned initiatives to facilitate their successful implementation
- Report to the management team on business development status, provide reports on campaign results and outcomes, and collect insights/feedback to improve initiatives

- Have extensive knowledge of web 3 and crypto ecosystems
- Have strong interest and passion for crypto
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English
- Have outstanding leadership and negotiation skills
- Have at least one year of experience in Crypto, Trading or Investment sectors
- Have strong background in Business Development and/or Sales

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
