Gargantua is a newly set up Singapore office under SLAMTEC. We are building a team in Singapore to cater to the international customers that we've gained over the years. You will be the pioneer of the Singapore Technical Team focusing in the Product Development and Technical Support role for all the product ranges under SLAMTEC.

**Job description:**
- Participant in R&D related projects for product improvements and enhancements.
- Project management exposure - client's deployment and satisfaction management, product management.
- Responsible for customer online training, including products, installation and implementation, after-sales problem handling, LIDAR, Chassis, Robot use and other related functions of training.
- Robot technology Q&A, assist customers to solve problems in the deployment and operation of the service robot.
- Robot MCU firmware configuration, hardware debugging test.
- Continue to track the use of the product to improve customer product utilization.
- Responsible for writing relevant technical documents, including configuration schemes, implementation schemes, fault manuals, etc.

**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or above, background in computer science and technology/software engineering.
- Familiar with C/C++ language and program development under real-time operating system.
- Experience in mobile robot navigation and mobile robot motion planning projects is preferred.
- Experience in Windows and Linux development is preferred.
- Good at communication, optimistic and confident, interested in robotics and have strong learning ability and adaptability.

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
