**Responsibilities**:

**1. Cash Management**
- Work closely with subsidiaries on daily cash management (including bank a/c balance, fx spot, and swap, money market borrowing, electronic fund transfer using Swift Alliance) and cashflow forecasting
- Management of mass payment
- Manage cash pooling structure
- Investigate bank reconciliation lapse and system issue

**2. FX Risk Management**
- Monitor FX market movements and prepare daily, weekly FX reports
- Monitor and manage balance sheet exposures
- Work closely with subsidiaries and HQ on hedge plan and hedge (FX forward) execution

**3. Month end closing**
- Support subsidiaries in monthly closing and RTC closing
- Perform checks in treasury system to ensure correctness of data before system close for month end
- Prepare and check FX MTM reports
- Perform process to close system for month end

**4. Other responsibilities**
- KPI Management on Overdue & Bad A/R Management
- Conduct subsidiary treasury process check to ensure compliance of company policies (SOD, Double payment, vendor registration process, etc.) and to review/improve workflow and procedure
- Work with banks on different issues (example bank account opening/ closing, credit line renewal, payment/collection process improvement)
- Weekly reporting to APTC head on treasury matters
- Prepare related monthly reports (example liquidity positions, hedged positions, bank matters)

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or its equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in treasury
- Experience in corporate treasury functions
- Familiar with ERP and Quantum GTR (Global Treasury System) developed by Sungard
- Good communication and negotiation skill required
- Knowledge of finance and banking operations
- Able to work well in a team
- Maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct
