Job description:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, Electrical systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.
- Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between Mechanical, Electrical and CSA subcontractors during construction.
- Log and post all Electrical changes and as-built information on field drawings. Provide such information to VDC team so such information can be incorporated into the final virtual model.
- Direct, monitor and control the activities of Electrical Subcontractor.
- Interface with the Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) manager for all client provided equipment.
- Liaison with the Electrical engineering consultant, supervisory engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff
- Implement the Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. cloud based QA/QC program for the Electrical scope of work.
- Ensure that Electrical Subcontractors adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records.
- Assist in the testing and commissioning of Electrical equipment
- Manage Electrical site supervisors in respective areas

Qualifications*

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction industry.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in this role managing Electrical Subcontract packages more than S$20,000,000.
- Experience building a minimum of 5 ground up data centers.
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Superior Electrical engineering working knowledge of plans, engineering drawings, specifications and schematics associated with the Electrical trades.
- Computer literate. Significant experience with Excel, Word, and other computer based tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English
