We looking for a experience CNC machinist to use computer numerically controlled machinery safety and accurately to perform a variety of functions. CNC operator are highly skilled professionals, able to work independently, concentration and precision.

To prepare and operating CNC machine to perform tasks such as drilling, milling and turning.

To understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading 2D mechanical drawing to produce the workpiece.

To perform machine G code programming.

To operate, setting up parts and producing parts as per drawing.

To prepare raw material, load and unload parts onto the machine.

To able to use precision measurement tool for quality check and accuracy check.

Guiding and providing some operator or machinist with basic instruction in running CNC production.

Daily check and maintain CNC machine functionality.

Requirement

Min. ITE-NITEC and above in PE/ME/Mfg/Mechatronics or its discipline.

3 years and above in relevant experience in CNC job.

Able to interpret 2D technical drawing and have machining basic knowledge

Able to work Independently.
