**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Assist with day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry, filing, and navigating the MYOB accounting system.

2. Prepare detailed balance sheet schedules and assist in reconstructing current year opening figures.

3. Locate and organize supporting documents for balance sheet schedules.

4. Perform photocopying and scanning of supporting documents.

5. Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by preparing accounting schedules and reconciling general ledger accounts.

6. Retrieve and analyze previous years’ accounting data using the MYOB system.

7. Assist with timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.

8. Collaborate with team members to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple accounting activities.

9. Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.
- Meticulous, good working attitude and fast worker,
- Experience in preparing accounting schedules and reconciliation GL accounts.
- Basic Accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge in MYOB.
- 2 to 3 years relevant working experience would be a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Assist with day-to-day accounting activities, filing, data-entry, navigating the MYOB system etc.
- Able to take instructions from our senior accountant.
- Short Term (3 months contract)
- Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

License/Certification:

- NRIC (preferred)

Work Location: In person
