**Job Title: Accounts Cum Admin - Accounting Business Company**

Job Description: A reputable accounting business company in Singapore is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join their team as an Accounts Cum Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct company registration and deregistration procedures
- Assist in registering foreign entities
- Prepare board and meeting minutes and submit them to ACRA
- Introduce compliance work such as AML/CFT/KYC to clients
- Manage, process, and file important documents
- Handle general administrative tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Fluent communication and writing skills in both Mandarin and English for dealing in Mandarin-Speaking clients
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required as training will be provided
- Possession of a business/accounting/ACCA Diploma degree is highly desired
- Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Work Details:

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm
- Rest Days: Two days off per week
- Salary: $2500-$2800+ (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
- Work Location: Suntec City
