**We are representing our client; a leading IT Solutions provider on the following role.
**Solution Architect
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry and market trends
- Analyse business requirements, design and develop roadmaps and implementation plans based on a current versus future state solutions architecture
- Lead and facilitate the solutions architecture governance processes and manages exceptions to architectural standards at a solutions level
- Participate in presales and produce technical solutions
- Analyses cost versus benefits, risks, impact and technology priorities
- Analyse the current architecture to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvement
- Design and lead the implementation of the solution architecture
- Coordinate architecture implementation, identify and propose variances to the architecture to accommodate project needs
- Assess near-term needs to establish business priorities
- Assist in post-implementation and continuous improvement efforts to enhance performance and provide increased functionality
- Perform ongoing architecture quality review activities
- Define repeatable rules for the implementation of solutions in reusable ways
- Identify organisational requirements for resources

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science with 3 years of experience in solution architecture design and 10 years of experience in software implementation
- Experience in presales role
- Good experience in backend and frontend technologies
- Sound knowledge of Microservice, cloud services and CICD
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, systematic, meticulous and able to work independently
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
