We are a boutique CPE registered international school offering classes to both mainstream children and children with developmental or academic challenges.

You will work within the school setting, supporting students with speech, language, and communication difficulties. Your role will involve assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy to students, as well as working closely with teachers and parents to ensure the integration of effective communication strategies into the classroom environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess students for speech, language, and communication disorders through screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic tools.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct therapy to students in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Peer support with a speech therapy department
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate language goals into daily classroom activities.
- Work with parents and caregivers to provide home-based strategies that support student progress.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on speech and language goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, therapy plans, and intervention outcomes.
- Deliver professional development and consultation to teachers on strategies for supporting students with speech and language needs in the classroom.
- Foster an inclusive and encouraging learning environment for students with communication challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Therapy from a recognized accredited institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with children and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and parents to achieve student success.
- Organizational skills for maintaining records, documenting progress, and managing therapy materials.
