**Objective**
- In collaboration with various department to contribute to the optimization of inventory control management through strong governance of processes in monitoring product portfolio.

**Relationships**
- The position needs to have strong collaboration with Operations, Finance and Logistics team

**Key Activities**

The position is responsible for:

- Conduct daily stock checks of products and report findings to Inventory Control Supervisor
- Coordinate and follow-up with Retail Operations to resolve inventory issues that require physical checking of stocks
- Assist Inventory Planning Executive in validating count results of cycle counts/Customs stock take (during and after the count)
- Maintain and update records that will be used as references for checking and validation of items
- Assist Inventory Planning Executive in checking SKU’s with source code (EAN/UPC) or price tag issues and report it promptly to Inventory Control superiors
- Liaise with Retail Operations in printing of new price tags for items with incorrect source codes
- Process returns to warehouse in Glob+
- Any other duties which maybe assigned by immediate superior/Manager from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or related qualification in Inventory Management or related discipline
- At least 2 years experience in Inventory Control or Planning from multi-stores retail or travel retail industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level)
- Good business acumen and analytical skills
