**The Opportunity**

**How you will spend your time**:

- As a Mobile Lead, you will work in interdisciplinary teams, take the technical lead in the project from kick-off to rollout, and maintain a close exchange with the project leadership team and client stakeholders.

**Communication is your strength** - To be able to build great software products, you develop a deep understanding of client domains and the requirements of the project. You win, inspire, and motivate your project team and the customers for ideas, and collaborate with your clients as a business partner at eye level. You keep a cool head even in challenging situations and know how to gain the necessary trust at all levels from developer to senior management.

**You like to share your knowledge** - As a coach and leader, you are a role model and mentor for your teammates. With your leadership and consulting skills, you independently bring challenging customer mandates to success and become a central partner for our clients who competently advises them on a wide range of mobile app development issues.

**Your Background**
- Technical degree, ideally in computer science, worked as a software developer and architect in mobile projects.
- ** Very strong in Native iOS or Native Android development with leadership experience**:

- Experience in the development of mobile apps in challenging projects.
- Set up and implement appropriate architectures independently as well as in a team, plus experience in the DevOps area.
- Architecture decisions combined with economic considerations, knowing concrete effects that decisions have on the code level.
- ** Strong Swift or Kotlin/Jetpack**, appreciate the benefits of cross-platform technologies and have already gained experience with Flutter and Kotlin Multiplatform
- Experience in best practices and technologies for connected devices (e.g. Bluetooth, IoT Cloud SDKs) is a bonus.
