If you have a strong background in cloud computing and Azure technologies, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you **Key Responsibilities**: - Support the global IT infrastructure by acting as a technical escalation point and collaborating with external partners and vendors. - Play a crucial role in major projects, including network and cloud migrations. - Ensure optimal system performance, coordinating with external service providers as needed. - Monitor and maintain the security, integrity, and performance of core systems and backup services. - Generate compliance reports and implement remediation actions. - Work closely with the Architecture & Security teams, contributing to solution designs. - Assist in planning and delivering infrastructure improvements as part of a collaborative team. - Partner with vendors and outsourcing providers to enhance and optimize service delivery. **Job Requirements**: - Strong expertise in cloud computing and Azure technologies, including Azure IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS. - Proficient in the Microsoft Stack, including Windows OS Family, Active Directory (hybrid), Exchange, Office, scripting, and endpoint management (Intune & SCCM). - Experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in Azure environments, hardware, software, network, and systems. - Hands-on experience with IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and backups. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - ITIL certification or equivalent experience. **Desirable Skills**: - Knowledge of infrastructure processes, including capacity management, patch management, and change management. - Familiarity with LAN and WAN network technologies. - Experience in managing outsourced suppliers.Understanding of IT security standards such as ISO27001, CE+, or PCI-DSS.
