Sales Marketing Senior Manager/associate Director

**Job Scope**:

- Identify new sales opportunities and develop new prospect leads and account relationship to meet sales goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients and effectively negotiate and close deals.
- Manage effective sales and marketing plans for targeted services, solution and industries.
- Keep up with Payment industry trends, product offerings and best practices in market.
- Work closely with senior sales management and overseas team members in new programs and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 - 8 years of Sales/business development in sales, especially technical Sales.
- Strong B2B consultative drive, able to drive revenue and client growth, and maintain long lasting client relationship.
- Strong business acumen and innovative with a passion to success in digital or fintech industry.
- Able to understand business requirements and formulate service solutions to address client's needs.
- Excellent oral and written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, result orientated and able to work independently.
