**Position Overview**:
As the Marketing Manager for our FMCG Beverages portfolio, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand growth, market share, and consumer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a strong brand presence in the market and optimize marketing efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Brand Strategy and Planning**:
Develop and implement marketing strategies for our beverage brands, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
Conduct market analysis, consumer insights research, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for brand growth.
Lead the annual brand planning process, setting objectives and KPIs to measure success.
- **Campaign Management**:
Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns (digital, TV, print, events, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Work with creative agencies and internal teams to develop compelling content and promotional materials.
Oversee budget management for campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- **Product Launches**:
Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, including market research, positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with R&D and sales teams to ensure successful product introductions and consumer adoption.
- **Consumer Insights & Analytics**:
Leverage consumer research, sales data, and social media insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize campaigns.
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and adjust tactics based on performance metrics.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, to ensure brand consistency and successful execution of marketing strategies.
Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, including agencies, media, and influencers.
- **Digital Marketing & Social Media**:
Oversee content creation and execution of digital campaigns to boost online presence and consumer interaction.
- **Budget Management**:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different initiatives.
Track expenses, ensuring projects stay within budget while delivering expected outcomes.
- **Market Intelligence**:
Stay up to date with the latest trends in the beverage industry, consumer behavior, and competitive activity.
Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to shape strategic decisions.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in the FMCG or beverages industry.
- **Skills**:
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in the FMCG sector.
Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
Proficiency in marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
