The Mastercard Intern Program is a comprehensive program where students will gain hands on real work-life skills while having fun and contributing to a global company. As an intern, you will be challenged with completing projects that will enhance your skills as well as contribute to the department’s goals and objectives.
Program Components
- Impactful assignments that drive business results
- Networking sessions and leadership speakers’ series
- Volunteer and team building experiences
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist Account Managers to complete routine business processes
- Create materials for contracts, agreement, pitching/presentation deck under Account Managers’ guidance
- Support Account Managers execute initiatives across multiple business functions
- Support Account Leads on team activity management and performance tracking
- Ensure up-to-date with the market and industry development, contribute ideas to enhance Mastercard competitive edge
- Support internal data research and analysis in weekly and monthly base for key accounts
- Support documentations by preparing for contracts and assisting in processing data for customer review materials
Program Qualifications
- Evidence of strong academics
- Innovative thinking and thoughtful risk taking
- Ability to partner across the organization
- Sound communication skills.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program with expected graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027.
- Able to commit to an internship period from 4 May 2026 to 24 July 2026 (Note: designated start/end dates cannot be negotiated).
- Must possess relevant full working rights and do not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
