**Smallholder Solutions & FVC Partnerships**

The Smallholder Solutions & FVC Partnerships Lead is responsible to support Smallholder Farming efforts in APAC to capture high potential smallholder farming ROI and improve smallholder farmer livelihoods. He /She will also lead strategic alliances and collaboration models with Food Value Chain Partners to generate pull and support achievement of sustainability commitments and reputational goals via FVC partnerships.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Smallholder Farming:

- Developing a framework for tracking and anchoring the key metrics on Smallholder Farming Progress across APAC.
- Own the Smallholder reach tracking and reporting process in APAC. Engage with global, cluster and country teams to enable parameter updates impacting reach numbers and ensure accurate reporting in the sustainability cockpit.
- Develop & implement a framework for tracking partnership reach in APAC in alignment with global approaches and ensuring auditability of metrics.
- Partner with Big Leap Initiative leads & key functional stakeholders on tracking and reporting of the SHF Big Leap initiatives across APAC. Develop and maintain the SHF Dashboard to provide critical insights to Global & APAC leadership on progress.
- Partner Global SHF and Sustainability impact measurement teams to drive SHF impact measurement projects in APAC countries

Food Value Chain Partnership:

- Support strategic alliances and collaboration with food chain partners in the region to advance business objectives & relationships. Support and adapt the global food value chain strategy in the region to reach the business and sustainability goals of the company.
- Supports the Global food value chain team by acting as their regional point of contact and coordinating all food value chain activities in the region, including anchoring of global relationships in the region.
- Leverage internal expertise and content to expand FVC alliances in the region.
- Contributes to strategic evaluation of potential co-operation with regional partners in the food value chain.
- Lead critical FVCP projects on scoping new opportunities in SEAP & China, evaluate opportunity for certification led services and drive engagements on the Sustainable Markets initiative
- Partner the BAYGAP verify proposition and digital solution development for SHF with the DFS Incubator in APAC.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Graduate level degree in BA, natural or sciences, agriculture, international relations or similar
- Proven track-record in project management with strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with external partners
- Strong communicator and collaborator
- Experience in international business / agriculture
- Working experience in smallholder projects and understanding of digital solutions for agriculture is preferred
- Ability to acknowledge and work successfully with people from a variety of different cultures and/or variable language skills
