Hiring**:Event Ambassador**

For our upcoming 3-Day event, we are looking to hire an individual who is responsible, meticulous and organised

*Please note that we would need your support for the whole event cycle, from planning to execution. This is to ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for all our participants and guests. Additionally, this is a freelance/ project-based role.

Location: Central Singapore
Pay: $300-$1000

**About the Event**:
“**Money, Mindset & Meaning: Designing a Life Beyond Limits**”
An immersive 3-day experience for students and young professionals to gain clarity about money, mindset, and a meaningful career

**Two Main Objectives**:
1. Ensure the smooth event execution
2. Pulling the right target audience

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Participant Recruitment & Marketing**
- Create and implement a marketing plans to hit participant goals
- Coordinate outreach with schools and organisations
- Craft and post engaging content (we’ll provide templates & support)
- Track sign-ups and follow through on confirmations

**2. Event Management**
- Plan and manage pre-event logistics and timeline
- Liaise with speakers, venue, and internal team
- Oversee registration, flow, and participant experience
- Lead on-site execution of all 3 days
- Ensure smooth event flow and troubleshoot any hiccups
- Collect feedback for post-event analysis

**Requirements**:

- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-focused.
- Confident, outgoing, and resourceful in engaging students and young adults.
- Well-organised with strong time management skills.
- Experienced in events or outreach — school projects count too
- Bonus points for leading student clubs, running marketing campaigns, or being active on social media.
