**工作类型**：永久性、全职现场、5 天、5.5 天、加班

**工作职责：**
- 使用CNC 机器阅读、解释和/或执行各种加工工作。
- 操作和设置数控机床。
- 在需要时建议新的工具设计和对现有工具的修改。
- 准备和更新CNC 程序。
- 确定和编程批量大小、机器速度等。
- 对所有机器进行机器故障排除和定期预防性维护。
- 检查输出以确保符合规格并丢弃缺陷。
- 执行5S 实践的清洁和维护。

**工作需求：**
- 至少3 年CAD/CAM 经验。
- 至少5 年的CNC 加工经验。
- 具有微型精密零件制造经验。

**Salary Package**:SGD1, 500 - SGD4, 000

**Job Location**: Singapore, East, Ubi

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full time onsite, 5 days, Saturday is OT

**Responsibilities**:

- Reading, interpreting and/or executing various machining works using CNC Machines.
- Operating and setup of CNC machines.
- Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required.
- Prepare and update of CNC programs.
- Determine and program size of batches, speed of machine etc.
- Perform machine troubleshooting, periodic preventive maintenance of all machines.
- Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects.
- Performs cleaning and maintaining of 5S practices.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3 years experience with CAD/CAM.
- At least 5 years CNC Machining experience.
- Experience with micro precision parts manufacturing.

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
