Endpoint Device Management

Troubleshoot and rescue systems during failure.

Handle vendors / service providers in system troubleshooting andreplace failure equipment and procurement.

Conduct patch management to deploy security patches in PCs andServers as needed.

Coordinate IT project with vendor or headquarters for new IT systemsinstallation, deployment, and user acceptance testing.

Compose administrative documents, user guides, blueprints andguidelines in order to adopt the new systems and services.

Renew and manage maintenance contract to ensure all systems underprotection.

Manage user accounts under company policies and procedures.

Conduct disaster recovery test and compose the test report.

Maintain IT inventory in accurate and consistent.

Estimate IT budget yearly and control expenditure under budget.

Introduce new IT service and conduct training to end users.

Assist all business events and conference with IT technologies andsolutions.

**Skills & Experience Required (Preferred Skills are in Bold)**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
Over 8 years working experience in IT operations and support.
**Knowledge and experience skills in network administration such as VLAN,**

**IPv4, EIGRP, BGP, redistribution, DHCP, HSRP, PBR, ACL, DMVPN, and so forth.**
**Public Cloud management Network knowledge such as Azure, AWS & Google.**

Significant experience with and the ability to support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops

**Significant experience with and the ability to support VMware vSphere o Experience with Microsoft Azure (Iaas, SaaS) and O365**
**Experience running monitoring systems such as LogicMonitor.**
**Change Management experience**

Exceptional written and verbal communication
Able to work with rapidly changing requirements
Contribute to new and existing procedures
Deep knowledge and experience skills in Office 365 administration and support.

**Knowledge and experience skills in Windows 10, Server 2012, 2016 and 2019 administration and support.**

Experience with automation of provisioning and SDLC deployment, scripting skills especially PowerShell/Python

Experience with Docker Container management, deployment, and automation o Experience with Azure DevOps (or other CI/CD methodology)
Extensive Linux skillset is plus
Project management experience in waterfall or/and agile project.

Security knowledge including firewall rules, SOC, IPS, IDS, PIM, SIEM, DLP and so forth are a plus

Willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
Holding related certifications are a plus.
