**Asst Workshop Manager**:

In this role, you will be executing after sales business activity, provide technical support, solve customer problem and achieve good customer satisfaction. This role is based at Singapore. Reporting to Service Manager, you will proactively involve in self learning and practical exposure for continuous competence and productivity improvement and maintain high level of personal leadership on safety and quality on work performed as well as documentations.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible in day to day Workshop Services activities involving strategic plans for optimized productivity on resource planning and utilization, effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making to attain desirable profit-making results for an organization.
- Workshop Services deliverables safely, on time, maximize customer’s satisfaction and deliver financial results to meet company objectives for variable speed drive maintenance, troubleshooting, testing & repairs
- Management of all equipment tools calibration certification include monitor the expiry date and renewal. organizing document for calibration certificates & test result
- Professional services delivery with quality service/repair/maintenance report, report writing, and Install base updates and point of liaison between factory and customers as required
- Providing quotation to customer for the lead time and cost involving the workshop services
- Willingness to undertake other duties as and when required such as stock take, maintaining tidy work area and occasionally supporting in the field service job
- Proactively involve in self learning and practical exposure for continuous competence and productivity improvement.
- Maintaining high level of personal leadership on safety and quality on work performed as well as documentations.

**Your background**:

- Diploma, Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics engineering with 3 to 5 years of hands on experience on repair and service experience on electrical equipment.
- Hand-on experience on variable speed drive will be an advantage
- Effective spoken and written communication in English.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and maintains high quality standards of workmanship.
