Singapore Infineon Technologies Full time

The student, as part of the HR Business Partner team and under the guidance of an assigned mentor, will undertake HR operational tasks and projects related to employee hiring, onboarding, engagement, learning and development.

In your new role you will:

- **Hiring and onboarding process of production employees**:

- **HR audit preparation **and implementation of **progressive employment practices**:

- Implementation of **support measures on employee exits **and execution of retention plans
- **Rollout of learning & development programs **for production employees
- Organization of Company events, engagement surveys and activities
- Special projects for HR analytics and proposals

Learning outcomes:

- **Understanding of business set up **and organization and HR policies & processes
- Understanding and **gain experience in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes**:

- **Hands-on training and work on mass recruitment **and onboarding of foreign migrant employees
- Experience in event management, employee engagement and industrial relations through study, day-to-day work, observation and project work

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- On track to attain **Bachelor / Diploma in Business Administration /Economics / Social Sciences / Humanities or relevant fields of studies**:

- A strong interest in Human Resources - Proficiency in MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint
- Good communication skills
