**About the Role**:
**Mandatory Skill-set & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- **A strong portfolio is required**, showcasing your UX design process (research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, final designs), problem-solving skills, user-centered design thinking, and visual design capabilities across multiple projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma or any AI-driven UX for rapid delivery software).
- Proven experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills - ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

**Desired Skill-set**:

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) to facilitate collaboration with developers.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Experience facilitating design workshops or sprints.
- Previous experience in project management or front-end development is a plus.
