Manager, Tenancy Relations

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
1. Site Visits and Tenant Onboarding/Offboarding Activities
- Coordinate with respective Leasing Managers staff for site viewings with Prospective Tenants to view available units
- Conduct tours to showcase building facilities, shared spaces or building management functions to new tenants, prospects or visitors when required
- Monitor and coordinate with Building Services and Engineering Services teams for timely handover of vacant units to Tenants
2. Tenant Communication and Feedback Management
- Organise, manage communications with existing Tenants (circulars, etc) and answering Tenants’ queries
- Prepare circulars for dissemination to tenants when necessary
- Ensure that all tenants/visitors’ feedback are managed professionally and according to standard operating procedures
- Coordinate with Building Services and Engineering Services teams for timely resolution of Tenants’ feedbacks
3. Visitor Management
- Manage and lead the concierge team by planning their daily roster, grooming and performances
- Conduct daily briefings to the Concierge team and ensure that all related information is properly disseminated
- Provide lobby presence during peak hours to greet and assist tenants and visitors
- Conduct regular trainings to ensure the team provides excellent service
4. Tenant Engagement
- Organise regular check-ins with existing Tenants and serve as an avenue for regular contact
- Initiate, plan and execute tenants’ engagement activities or events, including preparation of related publicity and outreach materials
- Conduct regular survey to understand performance gaps and develop improvement plans
5. Administrative
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and update the procedures when necessary
- Develop annual operating and capital expenditure budgets for all works to be carried out
- Manage and control expenditure to be within budgets
- Search and evaluate new technologies that can improve productivity and/or customer satisfaction Participate and contribute in Asset Enhancement Initiative and provide supports to key stakeholders and Tenants for a smooth delivery of the works
**Job Requirements**
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Estate Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar role
- Prior working experience in hospitality, airlines or Grade A commercial property preferred
- Event management and project coordination skills preferred
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident, positive disposition, resourceful and good team player
- Good command of English and able to articulate and communicate clearly both verbally and written
- Ability to multi-task, meticulous with an eye for details
