**Duties and responsibilities**

1. Produce high quality Systems and Storage related infrastructure solution proposal for the enterprise customers. Familiar with NVIDIA GPU is preferred.

2. Lead and participates in the solution architecting and implementation of Systems and Storage related solutions.

4. Provide second level support to all incidents, requests and identify the root cause of incidents and problems.

5. Communicate with other teams and clients for extending support.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes**:

- Minimum (5+Years) Experience in Server and Storage implementation services.
- Proficient in Systems and Storage Migration
- Proficient in VMware, KVM design and setup
- Proficient in SAN Storage design and setup
- Proficient in Windows, RedHat
- Ability to engage customers for requirement study and present the solutions to the customer
- Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups
- Ability to plan activities and projects well in advance, and takes into account possible changing circumstances
- Ability to maintain a positive outlook at work
- Ability to work well in a pressurized environment
- Ability to work hard and put in longer hours when it is necessary
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances

**Academic Qualifications**:
Diploma, degree, or relevant qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience)

- Redhat Technical Certifications
- Servers and Storage vendors technical certifications
