This role will develop and implement procedures that support business strategies of supply chain management with other functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance and customer support. Review and updates supply chain practices in accordance with changing environmental policies, standards, and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for 100,000sqf of warehouse space (Fulfilment and Distribution Centre), the logistics fleet of the company and to act as the principal point of contact between the company, service providers and suppliers.
- Develop, lead and implement policies and procedures; promote quality management and continuous improvement of operations in order to achieve cost effective performance goals.
- Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the warehouse operations which includes:

- Analysis of stock layout to optimize storage capacity
- Inventory control
- Supply chain of the Company
- Safety compliance and enforcement through checks and inspection
- Coordinate and synchronize inbound receiving and out-bound export activities
- Efficient housekeeping
- Plan delivery truck routes to optimize delivery and handling capacity of the delivery trucks
- Staff training
- Administer daily tracking of pallet movement
- Conduct monthly cycle count and product sales volume analysis
- Establish and administer Key Performance Indicators to drive and measure service quality performances to enhance business process efficiency across operating entities.
- Formulate yearly operating budget in line with cost minimization to achieve high productivity
- Oversee day-to-day management of sub-contractors and the fleet of trucks and drivers to deliver quality service
- Prepare monthly reports to apprise management on the status of the warehouse (Fulfilment and Distribution Centre) operations
- Identify gaps and root causes to any potential issues that might hinder the bottom line of warehouse (Fulfilment and Distribution Centre) operations; derives solutions to ensure operational efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Conduct annual stock/inventory check and to submit inventory report to apprise management
- Maintain a safe and secure environment in the warehouse (Fulfilment and Distribution Centre) for customers and employees by establishing and enforcing strict safety and security policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Logistics and/or Supply Chain or related field
- At least 5 years relevant experience in managerial level of warehouse/supply chain management
- Hands-on experience in Warehouse Management (WMS) or Enterprise Systems (ERPs)
- Experience in FMCG or F&B industry preferred
- Good leadership, inter-personal and analytical skills

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
