**Key Responsibilities**
- Resolves complex field issues utilizing systematic troubleshooting methodology generally involving multiple processes.
- Create a mechanism to communicate issues, track progress and pull resources from multiple business unit and/or functions.
- Communicates learning's from this portion to rest-of-world to strengthen the product packages.
- As the project owner, represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in day to day activities. Identifies customer needs and manage/develop/implements complex challenges
- Communicate and present Applied Materials’ product roadmaps and capabilities to the customer, as well as communicating and presenting the customer’s technology needs to product business group representatives
- Maintains appropriate coverage and documentation for all assigned customers. Maintains summaries of customer visits. Develops customer specific action plans and completes them on a timely basis.
