- Monitor food quality throughout service and make adjustments as necessary to ensure consistent quality is achieved.
- Keep up with trends in the culinary world and be willing to experiment with new ingredients and cooking methods
- To produce high quality dishes in a timely manner
- To follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
- To maintain a clean and organized work station
- To properly handle and store food items
- To work well with other kitchen staff members
