**Role Overview**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Project Leadership**:Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, from ideation to deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and academia, to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- **MLOps Implementation**:Establish robust MLOps pipelines to streamline model deployment and monitoring. Implement responsible AI frameworks to ensure fairness, transparency, and unbiased decision-making. Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- **Knowledge Sharing and Mentorship**:Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote AI adoption within the organization.

**Skills and Experience Required**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in Generative AI technologies and tools.
- Proficiency in **NLP**, **MLOps**, and **LLMOps**.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Experience in building conversational AI experiences using tools like Dialogflow.
- Advanced knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud, for AI deployments.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and work in diverse, cross-functional teams.

**Certifications (preferred)**:

- Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer.
- Certifications in machine learning, deep learning, and MLOps.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in Generative AI projects and data science roles.
- Hands-on involvement in research projects and publications in AI/NLP.
- Experience working in both industry and academic environments.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Computer Science or engineering or a related discipline.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Publications in top-tier AI and NLP conferences.
- Proven track record in developing AI tools with societal impact.
- Experience in managing large-scale AI projects in a cloud environment.
