**Job Description
The Sr. Information Technology Project Manager - Cloud Platform will manage and oversee the Cloud and Cloud Adoption projects from initiation to implementation, oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects, and serves as the liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

The position requires a seasoned project manager who understands and is experienced in both the technical and management aspects to deliver key projects, able to lead projects in two key regions America and Asia with a dynamic environment within a short timeline.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Directly manage all aspects of the project lifecycle. Responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of technology product implementations. Accountable for full SDLC life cycle project management, including project initiation and planning, development, testing, implementation, and closeout.
- Experienced in the full cycle of cloud migrations for VM and/or Microservices from and into the following cloud providers: AWS, GCP, Azure, AliCloud
- Work closely with the group of key business owners and source systems SMEs, IT Architecture, IT Risk & Compliance, IT Security, and QA on the agreed project objectives.
- Manage and work closely with vendors, business partners, and data centers involved in projects.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Plan, program, and recommend allocation of resources to support the mission and associated goals and objectives. Responsibility for assembling the project staff; for their technical or functional development, performance, and/or termination during the project or projects. Develop, prioritize and defend IT resource requirements.
- Develop project schedules and recommend appropriate lead-lag times. Plan workload for multiple project management teams and de-conflict resources. Provide forward-looking schedule analysis to Leadership.
- Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas. Conduct analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules.
- Source the capabilities, skills, and technology necessary to meet customer requirements supported by service level agreements.
- Conducts regular, periodic, project management status meetings to apprise all stakeholders of project progress, issues, challenges, risks, and project management activities:

- Defining and tracking project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan.
- Accurately assessing, managing, and reporting dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Developing required project artifacts such as project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, etc. depending on methodology (Waterfall, Agile).
- Publishing periodic project status reports.

**Basic Qualifications**
- 10+ years of managing large and complex technology integration projects.
- BA or BS degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's Degree related to management or administration, or a related field preferred.
- SCRUM Master, Product Owner and PMP certification are required.
- Jira and Confluence experience is required (E.g. Kanban / SCRUM Boards, custom workflows, security).
- Command of English (reading, writing, speaking, listening & interpretation).
- Experienced in VM migration to Cloud solutions.
- Understanding all aspects of the software life cycle, using Agile and Waterfall software development practices.
