We are looking for **a Procurement Lead **for our client which is an international technology group that supplies high-technology systems to customers in the merchant marine, defense, aerospace, offshore oil and gas industries, and renewable and utilities industries.

**Overview of Position:
**The Procurement Solution **is responsible for deliveries of EIT system solutions (E-House Module, Electrical, Instrument & Control and Telecom) to Offshore market, serving the yards and ship owners, in Europe and SEA region.

Under direction of Procurement Manager & working with Project Team of Kongsberg Maritime Pte Ltd, Procurement Lead is responsible for coordination and procurement in the project team.

**Responsibilities**
- **Management of PMP (Project Milestone on Procurement) on weekly base by liaison with suppliers and/or package responsible engineer(s)**:

- **Perform supplier management and qualification, evaluate new and existing suppliers and subcontractors globally on regular supply chain review**:

- Managing suppliers’ delivery including logistics
- Interface with Project Controller in handling Invoices, payments, bonds etc.
- **Project procurement for E.I.T and Integrated Solutions Packages**:

- **Leading RFI and Solicit Competitive Bids with compliance for integration category commodities**:

- To interface with suppliers for technical/commercial bid clarification
- Performing suppliers ‘evaluation, negotiation & selecting supplier for PO on Category commodity
- Release PO/Contract and obtain order acknowledgement
- Sourcing new suppliers over regions/ countries
- Leading sourcing for new suppliers on category commodities
- Processing new suppliers audit and onboarding in INX platform
- Maintain suppliers’ database for every project
- Other tasks as assigned by manager

**Requirements**:

- **Min. Degree in Business Administration**:

- **Minimum 2-4 years purchasing experience**:

- **EPC experience in E.I.T purchases will be added advantage**:

- Willing to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to develop relationships with others
- Willing to learn attitude
- Due to quota issues **this role is strictly for the Singaporeans or the SPRs.**

**Salary and benefits**:

- Basic salary: $4,000- $5,000 (pay package will be commensurate with experience)
- 18 days AL + allowances + other statutory benefits (CPF & Sick leave, etc.)
- AWS + Variable bonus (depending on company and individual performance).
