_**Responsibilities**_
- Work with Head Chef to plan and direct food preparation
- Ensure consistent food standards in a fast-paced environment
- Dealing with suppliers and ensuring food cost targets are achieved
- Minimise wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items
- Assist in development of food menu
- Ensure kitchen is kept clean and exceeds food safety standards
- Manage kitchen team including engaging in training, ensuring compliance with SOP, boosting staff morale, resolving conflicts, taking disciplinary actions etc
- Manage and organise daily restaurant operations, including managing costs, manpower planning, inventory control etc

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years kitchen management experience
- Prior experience in Kosher cuisine is advantageous
- Must be able to rotate day and night shifts
- Must have hunger for knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
