Southeast Asia is one of the most exciting regions in the world and offers great opportunities for Munich Re. Besides managing the existing portfolio, the Non-Life Regional Center in Singapore is focusing on business development, going beyond traditional commodity solutions. For our ambitious growth plans, we are looking to complement our Client Management team.

**Your Role**:

- Develop, maintain and service existing client and broker relationships.
- Support the development of new business partnership opportunities, across the non-reinsurance segment, including traditional reinsurance, capital and digital solutions.
- Advance our product and service offering to existing & new clients.
- Prepare, analyse and evaluate client & market data, from external and internal sources.
- Develop marketing and presentation materials customized to the needs and requirements of clients and prospects.
- Execute defined strategies and operational client management within defined markets; drive market growth initiatives by working closely with various internal stakeholders (underwriting, consulting, digital, capital partners etc.).
- Opportunity to develop into a market expert and connect to all relevant stakeholders in this market.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor degree Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or insurance qualification or comparable education in insurance industry or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2-5 years experience with business development, client work, consulting and/or corporate finance.
- Sound understanding of insurance and reinsurance business is a plus.
- Strong business acumen with an intellectual curiosity & drive to explore new topics and knowledge - comfortable with ambiguity, flexibility and a growth mindset.
- Self-awareness and readiness to learn.
- Team player with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively & work with various stakeholders.
- Experience in Southeast Asia & relevant language skills is a plus.
