Duxton Immigration Consultancy Pte Ltd is looking for fresh faces for our **Sales Executive**role Join our young, vibrant and dynamic company in the heart of immigration and relocation services in Singapore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Executive Duties:_
- Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations and invoices.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in the system.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Address client inquiries regarding products, pricing, and packages professionally and promptly.
- Office Administration Duties:_
- Handle day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence and maintaining records.
- Prepare reports on sales, administrative activities.
- Ensure a organised and efficient office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
- Manage the upkeep and presentation of the showroom to ensure a clean and appealing environment for clients.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 per week

**Benefits**:

- Flexible schedule

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
