Manage the cost and budget for the projects.
- Take off quantities and estimate the materials, time and labor cost needed for procurement purpose.
- Review construction plan and prepare quantity requirement.
- Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors on materials sourcing and negotiate price with them.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Job Requirement**:

- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Relevant working experience in construction industry
- Excellent negotiation skill
- Proficient in computer skills & Microsoft Office
