**Position Title: Senior Manager, Advanced Engineering**

**Your role**

**What you’ll do**
- Produce white papers on topics critical to the CTO Team to help drive innovation, spread knowledge, and streamline processes (internal, external, and customer facing)
- Develop new IP and evaluate emerging technologies
- Establish and document standards and policies
- Coordinate between customer design requirements and facility upgrades (retrofit playbook)
- Provide support for strategic customer accounts
- Forge ongoing relationship with Design & Construction Team inclusive of a system of checks and balances
- Perform site evaluations in alignment with product design requirements
- Provide market sensing competitive analysis
- Support Sales Engineering efforts (help close deals)
- Support development and maintenance of white space Design Engineering Guideline (White Space DEG)

**What you’ll need**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 7+ years of MEP technical experience - Consulting engineer, on site construction engineer, owner engineering representative, or operations - Data center focused preferred
- 2+ years data center design experience including MEP infrastructure
- Effective Solutions Sales Capabilities: Demonstrates advanced solution selling abilities and effective, pro-active customer communications including proposal development, delivery, and RFP responses A combination of education and experience is acceptable
- Proven technical support for sales and marketing initiatives through participation in proposals, marketing studies, speaking engagements, blogs and other technical writing
- MEP systems design experience for data centers
- MEP systems commissioning, start-up, and development of standard operating procedures
- Data center operations experience including MEP, IT site services, asset management, audit compliance, and disaster recovery programs
- Support of global engineering, architecture, and development teams
- Knowledge of Building Automation Systems
- Knowledge of advanced networking products and solutions
- Ability to generate productive collaboration between team members and with other teams
- Ability to organize technical and market requirements into development roadmaps that drive value for our customers
- Experience with Cadence CFD or AutoCAD CFD tools
- Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD Fusion
