Our internships are designed around different career opportunities. This programme is ideal for students who are in their penultimate year of university, but we also welcome first-year applicants.

**Programme highlights**

As an intern, you will develop valuable professional skills and learn what it's like to work in a high-impact professional services organization. As part of your internship, you'll gain technical and practical business skills to help you succeed in the future and have opportunities to network with other team members, managers and leaders.

**Requirements**:
We're looking for a diverse group of students with varying experiences, backgrounds and strengths to ensure we continue to offer the most innovative solutions to our clients.

If you are at university and have a high level of commercial awareness, lots of ambition and an enthusiastic approach, we want to hear from you.

**Opportunities available within Shared Services**
- **
Global Colleague Experience**
- Support the Regional Head of Colleague Experience on strategic talent management activities including Performance, Inclusion, Wellbeing, Engagement and Talent
- Support implementation of Colleague Wellbeing Communication & Engagement Plan
- Assist to track and measure progress for the APAC Engagement Action Plan and APAC Inclusion & Diversity Action Plans
- Complete a review and update to the Regional People Organisation SharePoint, with a specific focus on Talent Development & Colleague Experience pages and content
- Complete Talent Data Analysis
- **
Legal**
- Contract review, drafting, and negotiation
- Reviewing, advising on and managing contentious and transactional matters
- Legal research
- Identifying legal risks and creating practical legal risk-mitigation solutions across a range of matters / strategic projects
- Customising Aon standard-form documentation to suit different business / transaction purposes and ad-hoc administrative work as necessary
