**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Program Manager to lead complex, multi-country technology initiatives. This senior role requires a strategic leader who can orchestrate large-scale programs spanning multiple projects, stakeholders, and geographic regions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end program management for complex IT initiatives across multiple countries
- Develop program strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks
- Coordinate interdependent projects and manage stakeholder relationships globally
- Drive program-level decision making and provide executive reporting
- Manage program budgets and optimize resource allocation
- Establish risk management processes and ensure compliance requirements

**Essential Requirements**:
**Industry Experience**:

- **Minimum 8+ years of experience in global telecommunications product and service companies**:

- Deep understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and service delivery
- Knowledge of telecom industry standards and market dynamics

**Program Management Expertise**:

- **Proven program management experience (minimum 5+ years) - not project management**:

- Experience managing programs with multiple interconnected projects
- Track record of delivering large-scale programs with significant budgets
- Professional certification in program management preferred

**Multi-Country Experience**:

- **Essential experience managing programs across multiple countries (minimum 3+ countries)**:

- Demonstrated success coordinating international teams and stakeholders
- Experience with different regulatory environments and compliance requirements
- Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultures

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Professional certifications: PgMP, PMP, MSP, or equivalent
- Experience with Agile methodologies and digital transformation
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and cloud technologies
